Carrier management

Due to our carrier neutral positioning, Spider Logistics is able to work with any carrier at any place for any customer. We are able to secure volumes (and therefore capacity) by dividing high quantity lanes over several carriers and splitting additional (often seasonal) peaks over the carriers. Our “best in class” transport management systems enables us to give the highest possible quality in terms of ordering, follow-up and administration towards the carriers. Web-based functionalities and a Control Tower structure with single point of contact, monthly reporting and reviews are part of our service towards our customers and our carriers.

Our Carrier management team is multi-lingual and manages an overall carrier network of over 750 + carrier relationships. This comprehensive network provides a unique benefit, as Spider logistics Europe is able to offer and leverage comprehensive transport network and optimization management solutions for our customer base.

As Spider Logistics we only work with carriers that are able to fulfill the highest standards in terms of quality of service and environment based on a fair pricing model. Based on customer requirements and carriers’ networks and possibilities, Spider Logistics serves the following geographical areas but not limited to:
