Our methodology

Spider Logistics Europe proprietary  6-step implementation process effectively steers all parties through the essential transition phases of a successful implementation. The 6 phases are project initiation, information gathering, design and development, risk assessment, ‘go-live’, and post implementation.

Our extensive implementation experience has demonstrated a direct correlation upon implementation results when the Spider Logistics ‘european competence center’ is recalled to form the nucleus of the ‘implementation team’. The ‘ECC’ is then reinforced with subject matter experts related to the scope and to form an ‘implementation team’.

 

Management team

Anton van Dongen

Anton has 20 years experience in the transport and logistics business across different industries and across different geographical areas.

Wim Pauwels

Wim has over 25 years experience in supply chain and logistics, both as a customer and as a provider in Belgium, France, the UK, the Netherlands and the USA.

Steve Hicks

Steve has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and logistics in various management positions including operations, project, implementations, business and account development.

Christian Frijters

Christian has over 20 years of experience in transport and Logistics. He started as a transport planner and after that he held management positions in the transport industry at large Logistic companies.
